Exchange Policy

We currently do not provide exchanges for international orders. Please ensure that you select the correct size, fit, quality, and color before placing your order, as all international sales are final. If you need assistance with sizing or any other queries, feel free to reach out to us at support@whitehusk.com before placing your order.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged products received. If you receive a damaged product, we sincerely apologize and are here to assist you. Please take clear photos and a video of the damaged product and email them to support@whitehusk.com. Based on your preference, we will deliver a replacement or process a refund.

Refunds will be credited within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that we do not offer refunds for issues related to size, quality, or color, as all product details are clearly provided in the description. We recommend reviewing all product information carefully before ordering.

Empty Parcel Received

All orders are weighted before dispatch to ensure accuracy. If you receive an empty parcel, please notify us immediately. Any claims of receiving an empty package will be thoroughly investigated, and false claims will be rejected.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank; there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
